La Nike Air Force 1 Low QS Terror Squad Black White ha una struttura in pelle premium. La sneaker presenta una base bianca con sovrapposizioni nere sui talloni, sugli Swoosh, sulle etichette e sulla linguetta con l'iconico marchio "Nike Air". In particolare, la scarpa è decorata con il logo "TS" ricamato sul tallone laterale, mentre le linguette del tallone recano le iniziali "JC" (Joey Crack). A completare il design c'è un'intersuola AF1 bianca su una suola nera.
La sneaker nasce da una collaborazione con Fat Joe, una figura molto influente nella cultura delle sneaker, che proviene dal South Bronx di New York e ha ottenuto cinque nomination ai Grammy. Nel 2004, il CEO di Terror Squad ha già collaborato con Nike per creare serie esclusive di Air Force 1 a marchio Terror Squad.
